If you purchased an exchange instrument and it fails within 30 days, we will send a warranty exchange if we have one available.
We use packaging designed to provide the protection needed for your instrument. Please inspect the instrument when you receive it and report any visible damage immediately. Please keep the original shipping container and documents until the instrument has been installed and tested.
Instruments being returned or sent in for warranty service must be shipped by air only! No shipments by ground service or Parcel Post! Please use our packaging or ship in at least 3" of foam packing material.
No warranty exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase, after 30 days units must be sent in for warranty service.
All Overhauls carry a one year warranty from date of invoice.
Undamaged Outright and Exchange instruments returned within 30 days will be issued a credit memo to be used towards a future purchase.

Overhauled units have a one-year warranty from date of invoice. Repaired units have a 30-day warranty from date of invoice. Tested instruments do not have a warranty. Failures due to improper voltage, over tightening of fittings resulting in cracked cases and other user or installation damage may result in a repair charges to cover the cost of parts. Failures due to contamination may void your warranty.
Instruments sent in for warranty service must be packed in at least 3" of foam packing or comparable and shipped by air service.

Please be sure to package your instrument in at least 3" of foam or soft packing material. It is important to protect the instrument so it arrives to us in repairable condition.
